About Me and My Work

Being an integrative counsellor means that I draw on several theoretical approaches to best suit your needs. I view my work through various ‘lenses’, considering your experience emotionally, behaviourally, cognitively, physically, socially, and culturally.

I have a particular interest in working with clients struggling in their relationships and with their self-esteem. I believe relationships can often be at the core of many people’s struggles, whether that’s the impact of past experiences in relationships, the day-to-day struggles of relationships with others (that could be family relationships, friendships, romantic relationships, or relationships with colleagues) or the relationship you have with yourself.
